A step up from the 110ce in voice and appointments, with walnut lending a richer, more articulate low end.
The Taylor 210ce sits a tier above the 100 Series, with layered walnut back and sides giving it a richer and more articulate voice than the sapele of its smaller sibling. The difference shows most on a close-miked take, where the extra midrange complexity comes through clearly.
A torrefied spruce top, neo-tropical mahogany neck and Crelicam ebony fretboard back it up, with the same Expression System 2 electronics for plugging straight into a PA. Twenty-five and a half inch scale, 1 and 11/16 inch nut, Venetian cutaway for upper fret access.
The same easy Taylor playability, with more character on the record.
