The Yamaha STAGEPAS 1K mkII assembles from subwoofer, spacer and column in under a minute, and then does something most column systems cannot: it reaches 37 Hz, because there is a real twelve inch subwoofer under it rather than a pair of small drivers pretending.
Eleven hundred watts of Class-D power drive a column of ten 1.5 inch drivers for 170 degrees of horizontal coverage and 125 dB SPL at one metre. The onboard five-channel mixer, SPX reverb, one-knob EQ and Bluetooth mean a duo or a DJ can turn up with nothing else.
Mono system, twenty-three kilograms complete. Two units link for stereo.
